Overview:
Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at Cape Town International Airport. The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor: Duty Station and play a key role in providing professional frontline support to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with ticket sales, flight bookings, changes, and provide clear explanations of rules, regulations, and procedures

Offer support to customers during flight disruptions or cancellations

Handle confidential passenger information responsibly and securely

Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Supervisor on duty

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
-
Previous experience in airport operations and ticket sales

Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong understanding of customer service best practices

Excellent written and spoken English, with proper phone etiquette

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
