Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover insights and trends that inform business decisions and drive growth.

  • Provide actionable insights to enhance customer targeting and segmentation strategies.

  • Design and build feature stores for model training.

  • Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Apply advanced analytics to support strategic marketing decisions.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers clearly and concisely.

  • Drive innovation by identifying new data sources and methodologies to improve customer understanding.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science technologies, methodologies, and trends.

Requirements
Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Research.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on predictive modeling and machine learning.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

  • Basic understanding of code repositories, Git, and CI/CD.

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).

  • Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as GCP, Hadoop, and Spark.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.

  • Strong mathematical ability.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle ambiguous business problems.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
