About the Program:
Labourtek Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our agri-FMCG client’s engineering team in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will handle fleet maintenance, conduct fault-finding diagnostics, maintain job cards, and attend to breakdowns as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled fleet maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate job cards and service records
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns efficiently
• Work with diesel-powered trucks, forklifts, and related vehicles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Mechanics
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mechanical workshop environment
• Technical expertise in diesel engines and associated vehicles
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid Code EC driver’s license
• PDP or forklift license is advantageous
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime
