Fidelity Services Group is seeking a results-driven and motivated Direct Sales Consultant to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to sell basic alarm kits and remote panic button systems to new clients, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving defined sales targets.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Direct Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business through direct client engagement, cold calling, and lead generation, with the goal of increasing revenue and market share.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate

• Proven experience in direct sales

• PSIRA Grade C (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to acquire new clients for alarm and panic button system sales

• Generate leads through networking and referrals

• Meet or exceed set revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers

• Promote company products and solutions professionally and confidently

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet group targets
