Job Overview:
Clover is seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to efficiently move goods into and out of the work area, ensuring smooth operations in compliance with safety standards. This role requires a commitment to working in various conditions, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
• Relevant experience in operating a forklift and applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes
• Forklift license (Professional registration required)
• Fluent in Business English
• Ability to work in extreme conditions
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation:

• Safely operate a forklift to move pallets of stock
• Transport stock to and from shelves and vehicles as directed
• Comply with all safety procedures when operating the forklift
• Inspect forklift before and after each shift, ensuring it’s in good working condition
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Transport completed pallets to designated destinations
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area

Scanner Operation:

• Use a scanner to receive and action tasks
• Print PCL (Pick Confirmation List) and affix a unique sticker to each pallet
