Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure reliable and safe operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on fuse boxes, circuits, and wiring systems.

Inspect, test, and repair electrical equipment and installations.

Install and set programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Certify electrical installations in compliance with standards.

Apply policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all work performed.

Organise and manage own work effectively, ensuring accurate reporting of progress.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, managers, peers, and shop stewards.

Share knowledge and mentor others to strengthen team capability.
Minimum Requirements

NTC/Technical Trade Certificate (Electrician)

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
4–5 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems and equipment
-
Skills in problem solving, communication, planning, organising, and housekeeping
