Danone is seeking an experienced Employee Services Lead (Payroll) to take ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing management of employee services across the region. This role ensures service delivery aligns with defined global service levels, local business expectations, and quality standards, with a strong focus on payroll operations.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, optimize costs, and support innovation within the employee services function. As a key member of the local HR leadership team, the Employee Services Lead (Payroll) will also contribute to local HR strategy and partner closely with business units to ensure relevant and impactful support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, execution, and evolution of local employee services, particularly payroll, in alignment with global core models and standards

• Manage team performance to meet or exceed service level agreements, compliance standards, and process efficiency targets

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to local legal and regulatory requirements

• Act as the key interface between the local business units and global service teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and improve the employee experience

• Monitor data integrity and system functionality, with a strong focus on data literacy and analytics

• Manage and develop a high-performing local employee services team

• Support local change management initiatives and integration of new tools and processes

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Extensive experience in payroll and employee services leadership roles, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment

• Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and compliance in a regional or global context

• Proven experience in managing change, driving innovation, and leading diverse teams

• Service-oriented mindset with strong business partnering and communication skills

• Analytical thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
