Job Purpose
The Engineering Trainee programme is an 18-month structured initiative designed to equip graduates with technical skills, practical experience, and familiarity with company culture and principles. Successful completion prepares candidates to take on specific areas of responsibility immediately.
Key Outputs and Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge of equipment operations across various departments

Participate in projects aligned with programme requirements and brewery priorities

Apply VPO principles in daily tasks and projects

Diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational problems

Take part in team structures, including acting roles in identified leadership positions within the department

Communicate learnings, solutions, and insights across all levels of the business
Minimum Requirements
-
BSc, BEng, or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Energy, or Mechatronics

BSc Chemical Engineering
-
BSc/BTech in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
