Job Description
The Finance Manager Operations – Specialized Services Division is responsible for providing efficient and effective financial business support to the Specialized Services Division. This role involves planning, organizing, leading, and controlling activities that ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budget development and control, business case development, cost-saving initiatives, cash flow management, internal controls, and compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or Matric Certificate

Valid, unendorsed motor vehicle license
-
Clear criminal record
-
Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system, and advanced MS Office skills
-
Own reliable transport
-
CIMA Member or equivalent qualification
-
B Com Honours degree
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of post-articles experience (preference will be given to candidates with experience in Services, Logistics, or Transport industries)

Willingness to travel and work away from the designated place of work
Job Objectives

Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports
-
Provide monthly profit and loss forecasts by division (vs. budget)

Conduct thorough analysis of financial results
-
Serve as a business partner to Operational Executives & CFO
-
Develop and execute analysis on business cases and models
-
Assist in the development of financial planning and analysis reports
-
Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets
-
Develop financial business plans and forecasts
-
Implement and monitor cost-saving models and initiatives
-
Maximize debtors’ collections and ensure DSO is within target
-
Oversee the accounting and support services departments
-
Ensure the maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures
-
Ensure timely, accurate, and useful financial and management reporting
-
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all financial functions
-
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and controls
-
Develop and manage finance and administrative staff
-
Support and lead ad hoc projects related to Business Intelligence, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence within the guarding finance space
