Flysafair is seeking qualified and professional Flight Attendants to join its cabin crew team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, delivering exceptional in-flight service, and maintaining high standards of compliance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with all safety policies and procedures at all times

• Deliver a consistently positive and efficient passenger experience

• Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism

• Maintain thorough and accurate administrative records in line with company standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

• Valid and current SACAA Cabin Crew Licence (non-negotiable)

• Valid Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate

• Valid Dangerous Goods, Ditching, and Fire Fighting Certificates

• Valid South African driver’s licence and access to own reliable transport (non-negotiable)

• English language proficiency at Level 4 or higher

• Medically fit with the ability to swim

• Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, including early mornings and late evenings

Personal Attributes:

• Compassionate and attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-driven with a high level of diplomacy and integrity

• Committed to safety and able to remain calm in high-pressure situations

• Always professional in conduct and appearance

• Must meet company grooming standards, including no visible tattoos

• Punctual with excellent timekeeping habits
