Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• 2–3 years retail experience
• Strong numeracy skills and knowledge of the retail industry
• Ability to pass required assessments
• Flexibility to transfer between stores
• Willingness to undergo full credit and criminal checks
• Valid Driver’s License Code 08

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Management – Plan and maintain fresh food displays and stock levels
• Food Safety & Hygiene – Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
• Customer Service Management – Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues
• Staff Management – Lead, train, and develop team members
• Administration – Oversee store documentation, reporting, and records
• SAP System Utilisation – Efficiently use SAP systems for operational processes
