Job Description
The Front-End Supervisor is responsible for managing the front-end cashiers and packers, ensuring the highest level of customer service, maintaining smooth store operations, and overseeing security measures, including cash management procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and control front-end processes

Manage various forms of tender

Supervise staff to ensure efficiency and high standards

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the front end

Manage front-end consumables

Provide excellent customer service
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent with Mathematics

At least two years’ experience as a cashier
