The position of SG – CCTV Operator PSIRA Grade B is available, reporting directly to the Assistant Control Room Manager. This role involves performing basic control room duties, including managing staff and overseeing operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Grade B PSIRA (SOB) registered and accredited with traceable references

• Own reliable transport

• Fire Fighting and First Aid trained

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, CCTV systems, and related software

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry, specifically in control room operations

• Fluent in English

• No criminal record

• Must reside in the Hammarsdale area

Key Performance Areas:

• Managing control room personnel in all aspects of operations

• Updating the incident register on a daily basis

• Maintaining discipline and ensuring the smooth operation of the control room
