Job Description
This position is vacant and reports to the Assistant Control Room Manager. The main responsibility of this role is to perform basic control room duties, including managing control room staff.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
-
PSIRA Grade B (SOB) registration and accreditation with traceable references
-
Own reliable transport
-
Firefighting and First Aid training
-
Computer literacy in MS Office, CCTV systems, etc.

Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
-
Ability to work both independently and within a team
-
At least two years of experience in a security control room

Fluent in English
-
No criminal record
-
Must reside in the Hammarsdale area

Manage control room personnel in all aspects of daily operations

Update the incident register on a daily basis

Maintain and exercise discipline within the control room
