Functional Consultant

As a Functional Consultant, you will participate in the scoping, design, and implementation of IT solutions for clients. You will ensure that solutions meet business requirements, focusing on process automation and RPA, through process design, specification, configuration, and testing.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum of 3 years relevant IT experience
- At least 2 years’ experience working on medium to high-profile projects or tasks
- Previous experience in process automation is an advantage

- Manage workload and deliverables effectively
- Proactively communicate, share information, and encourage discussion to highlight successes, challenges, and risks
Knowledge Management and Transfer
- Control month-to-month system expenses and adhere to change management policies
- Document new or changed processes, configurations, and SDLC activities
- Share knowledge with the team to improve collective expertise
Process Optimization
- Develop reusable solutions and processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Ensure alignment across all IT systems
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Apply specialized knowledge to achieve desired outcomes
- Track progress, manage expectations, and meet client needs
- Adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts that may affect project implementation
