Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• 0–2 years of warehouse experience (roles are matched based on experience)

• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license (where applicable)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Willingness to work day and night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays

Key Responsibilities by Role:

• General Worker: Manage returns of overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock

• Picker: Select stock accurately based on picking slips

• Cycle Counter: Monitor and report warehouse stock quantities

• Forklift Operator: Load, offload, and stack stock using a forklift

• Reach Truck Operator: Operate reach trucks and manage pallet placement in racking

• Auditor: Check stock quality, verify expiry dates, and count items before dispatch

• Combiner: Consolidate and shrink-wrap stock for store deliveries
