Fidelity is currently seeking a Grade B Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the security industry, demonstrating reliability and commitment to safety and protection.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12

• Grade B/A accredited and registered

• At least 2 years of experience in the security industry

• No criminal record

• Willingness to undergo regular criminal checks

• Physically fit

• Reside in the area where the position is advertised

Key Responsibilities:

• Report writing and maintaining accurate records

• Safeguarding property and personnel

• Patrolling assigned areas

• Controlling entrances and exits

• Completing relevant registers and documentation

• Performing standard duties as per training

Core Competencies:

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to follow instructions accurately
