Fidelity is currently recruiting driven and dynamic Hybrid Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for results-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment and are passionate about delivering advanced security solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Source, promote, and sell armed monitoring and response agreements

Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and other security solutions

Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement
-
Generate leads both independently and from internal sources
-
Build and maintain strategic relationships with estate agents, architects, builders, and related stakeholders
-
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
-
Manage all related administrative tasks with attention to accuracy and detail
Qualifications and Experience
-
Matric or equivalent qualification
-
Minimum Grade C PSIRA registration
-
Previous sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in capital goods or technical products
-
Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or similar is advantageous

Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet-based tools
