We are looking for driven and passionate Hybrid Sales Consultants to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic sales environment. As a Hybrid Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to provide invaluable security solutions to our customers while achieving success in your sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to provide top-tier security solutions to clients.

  • Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security-related products.

  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive efforts and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success, preferably in capital goods sales.

  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is an advantage.

  • A minimum of Matric or equivalent qualification.

  • PSIRA Grade C certification is required.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage.

  • A presentable appearance and professional demeanor, with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

  • A strong desire to seek new business opportunities, particularly in electronic and technical products.

Duties:

  • Generate and close sales, leveraging both self-sourced leads and those provided by the company.

  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Provide regular reports to track progress and ensure sales targets are being met.

  • Maintain accurate and organized sales documentation and administrative duties.

Performance Standards:

  • Meet and exceed revenue sales targets while acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Ensure prompt follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
