Fidelity Vacancies – Hybrid Sales Consultants
Fidelity is seeking dynamic and results-driven Hybrid Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, security solutions, and customer service, with the ability to adapt in a hybrid working environment that combines field engagement and office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to residential and commercial clients

Promote sales of electronic security products including alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and other related services

Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and customer relationship management
-
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders such as estate agents, builders, and architects
-
Handle both self-sourced and company-provided leads, ensuring high conversion rates
-
Maintain accurate sales records and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Qualifications and Experience
-
Matric or equivalent qualification is required
-
Previous sales experience with a successful track record, particularly in capital goods or technical products
-
Knowledge of alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other security technology is highly advantageous
-
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
