Description
The purpose of this position is to lead a store team in meeting business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, handling administration, and ensuring world-class store standards.
Responsibilities

Increase sales by prioritizing customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, and executing promotional strategies

Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock, and cash handling procedures

Manage costs according to the company’s low-cost culture, driving efficiencies in the store

Ensure administrative duties are carried out in line with company guidelines

Lead a dynamic team, taking responsibility for team training, coaching, and performance
-
Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards
Requirements

Grade 12
-
Proficient in English
-
Relevant tertiary education (a degree or diploma in business/retail is an advantage)
-
Ideally 1-2 years of retail leadership experience

Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite knowledge is an advantage)
