Fidelity Vacancies – ISA Trainer – Johannesburg

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced ISA Trainer to support the implementation and ongoing usage of the ISA application across Cash Centre operations. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for providing first-line user support, conducting system training, and ensuring effective system use aligned with operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent

  • Clear criminal record

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of ISA 7 is advantageous

  • Understanding of Cash Centre money counting equipment and operations is beneficial

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant Cash Centre environment

  • Experience in report writing

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines

  • Own reliable transport

  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support and system training to Cash Centre staff during and after ISA implementation

  • Assist with ISA system-related queries and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

  • Monitor reconciliation and balancing processes, ensuring all cash-handling protocols are followed

  • Maintain clear records and accurate reporting related to system usage and cash movement

  • Identify and address operational or system-related trends and issues

  • Assist in planning and supporting new ISA installations and enhancements

  • Develop training manuals, procedural documentation, and contribute to ongoing system updates

  • Communicate effectively with Head Office, Project Managers, and Cash Centre teams

  • Analyze operational data to provide insights that support better decision-making
