Standard Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manager, Finance to support financial management functions across key areas of the business. This role involves providing end-to-end financial services, driving the development and implementation of financial systems, processes, and controls to support the bank’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, delivering accurate reporting, and supporting business decision-making through analysis and insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • First degree in Business Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

Experience Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial management within a banking environment

  • Exposure to finance business partnering and value management processes

Core Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

  • Assist with financial analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators

  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of finance systems and controls

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
