Purpose of the Role
To prevent loss, respond to security-related incidents, and conduct comprehensive investigations that protect company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and potential exposures across operations

Inspect and monitor the security and condition of company assets

Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, and emergencies

Conduct detailed investigations and compile accident and incident reports
-
Prepare vehicle usage summaries, hours worked, and weekly/monthly reports
-
Handle internal and external enquiries and resolve complaints
-
Assist with CCTV analysis and investigations as needed
-
Maintain organised records and filing systems for all reports

Participate in operational functions and provide support where required

Complete administrative tasks, including invoicing and WCA documentation
-
Maintain professional conduct and adhere to dress code standards
-
Uphold high housekeeping and safety standards on a daily basis

Remain available for work during irregular hours, including being on the standby list
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
At least 2 years of relevant security or investigative experience
-
Proficiency in basic computer applications
-
Valid driver’s license and passport
