Standard Bank is looking for an experienced and driven Manager to lead operations at one of its branches. This role focuses on overseeing people, processes, and systems to ensure long-term profitability, while maintaining a client-first culture throughout all levels of service delivery.
The Manager will be responsible for achieving sustainable performance across both the branch income statement and balance sheet, while also ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (FAIS aligned)
Experience Required

5–7 years in banking or financial services

Proven leadership in branch management, including full accountability for income statement performance

Strong track record in sales, service, and relationship management

In-depth knowledge of Personal and Private Banking products
