Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring regional marketing campaigns to achieve commercial targets for the respective regions and brands. The role requires daily collaboration with national marketing campaigns and a keen understanding of specific regional sales challenges and opportunities. The specialist will support districts and various brands by ensuring the timely supply of marketing materials, allowing effective sales functions. The role also involves collaborating with communications resources to provide strategically relevant content and communications strategies for each district, supporting brand positioning, direct marketing, sales enablement, and retention efforts.
Main Duties:

Coordinate above and below-the-line marketing activities for designated regions.

In alignment with the national marketing strategy, plan and execute promotional campaigns and on-the-ground activations for all Fidelity brands.

Manage regional marketing budgets efficiently and transparently.

Provide weekly reports on the success of regional marketing activities.

Ensure the timely implementation and delivery of sales materials and collateral with the assistance of regional admin staff.

Maintain a consistent brand experience across all regions.

Achieve monthly lead generation targets for each region and district.

Develop and manage a monthly action plan with lead targets for each district under responsibility.

Increase brand awareness, preference, and consideration in the region through consistent messaging and positive communication initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Marketing diploma (minimum requirement).

At least 7 years of experience as a corporate Marketing Specialist.

Agency experience is advantageous.
