Job Purpose

Ensure the safe transportation of staff and outreach teams while managing the mobile clinic or work vehicle. Support logistics, including loading and unloading equipment, and assist with data capturing and reporting of outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Transport and Logistics

• Safely transport staff to outreach sites and offices.
• Manage and maintain the mobile clinic or work vehicle.
• Keep accurate fuel, mileage, and maintenance records.
• Load and unload field equipment such as chairs, tents, and generators.
• Report any damages and follow road safety regulations.
• Adhere to Anova’s vehicle policy and submit weekly inspection checklists.

Outreach Support

• Support outreach teams by providing youth-centred information, self-care advice, and risk reduction strategies.
• Assist the Human Rights Ambassador with education on GBV, PrEP, and SRH.
• Link HIV-positive clients to care and support ART initiation.
• Ensure IQC compliance, proper waste management, and infection control.
• Manage HTS supplies and ensure proper storage.

Administrative Support

• Capture and submit client data daily.
• Monitor data to ensure targets are met.
• Perform delegated administrative tasks while maintaining professional conduct.
• Build relationships with health facilities to support client linkage.
• Submit timesheets accurately and on time.

Data Capture and Management

• Follow SOPs for data management and quality processes.
• Pre-retrieve client folders routinely.
• Enter data into electronic medical record systems accurately.
• Conduct regular data audits and report on key indicators.
• Ensure timely submission of all relevant reports.
• Participate in routine data quality improvement activities.
• Use electronic medical records to generate line lists for patient and program management.
• Maintain proper filing systems and strengthen data management processes.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards regarding access to information systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence with PDP.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
