National Surveillance Control Room Manager – Fidelity Vacancies

Role Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly experienced National Surveillance Control Room Manager to provide national leadership within the National Control Room at Head Office. Reporting to the Surveillance General Manager, this strategic role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening surveillance processes, adopting advanced technologies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all surveillance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the National Surveillance Control Room team at a national level

• Ensure superior delivery of CCTV, alarm, and analytics-based monitoring services

• Build and sustain a high-performance, resilient operational culture

• Develop, standardise, and implement scalable SOPs and operational processes

• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads

• Oversee system readiness, operational uptime, and workflow optimisation

• Engage with senior internal stakeholders and external clients

• Manage escalated incidents and deliver accurate, high-quality operational reports

• Conduct professional surveillance control room demonstrations for prospective clients

• Support national product rollouts and implementation of new surveillance technologies

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years’ management or supervisory experience in a surveillance control room or similar operational environment

• Strong operational knowledge of CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems

• Proven experience managing high-paced teams and complex operations

• Exposure to surveillance platforms such as DeepAlert, Hikvision, Dahua DSS, Milestone, Proof 360, iSentry, and Syntel

• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

• Calm, mature, and accountable leadership style

Working Hours
