Job Overview
The New Business Consultant is a commercially driven role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across retail and fintech channels. This role suits a self-motivated professional with experience in selling digital value-added services into both formal and informal retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and research potential clients within targeted markets

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
Client Engagement and Relationship Management

Initiate and manage contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges and objectives
Sales Presentations and Solution Delivery

Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals

Minimum Requirements
