Nursing Practitioner – Clicks Group Careers

Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality clinical services while growing a loyal client base through exceptional patient care, service excellence, and effective promotion of the clinic’s healthcare offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong client base by actively promoting clinic services and delivering professional, patient-focused care

• Provide a wide range of clinical services, including lifestyle screening tests, well-baby clinics, immunisations, baby health monitoring, reproductive health services, adult immunisations, primary healthcare for minor ailments and wound care, and phlebotomy services

• Counsel and educate patients on health matters, weight management, and wellness, with appropriate referrals to Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure patient records are accurately captured, securely stored, and managed confidentially on electronic systems, with all services correctly billed

• Manage daily clinic operations through effective administration, locum bookings, and accurate financial and stock reporting

• Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor cold chain compliance, and implement measures to prevent stock loss and shrinkage

• Establish and maintain professional healthcare networks to enhance the clinic’s commercial viability and service offering

• Plan, coordinate, and implement Health Days and other initiatives to expand customer engagement and service awareness

• Manage medical emergencies and adverse events promptly, professionally, and in line with clinical protocols
