Job Description
Fidelity is currently seeking two Operations Managers for our Benoni branch. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are met and that the client’s needs are always handled efficiently and professionally, in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Operations Manager will oversee the posting of Security Officers and ensure the effective and timely management of all operations.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
-
PSIRA Grade A/B registered and accredited, up to date
-
No criminal record or pending cases
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
-
2 to 5 years of Site Supervisory or Management experience
-
Staff management experience is essential

Computer literate
-
Physically fit and in good health
-
Must reside in the greater Johannesburg area or be willing to relocate at own expense
Key Performance Areas
-
Maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services and clients regarding the security services provided

Provide daily feedback and liaise with Fidelity Security Services management and clients
-
Compile, distribute, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
-
Prepare, distribute, and communicate all incident, accident, and investigation reports

Obtain statements for all investigations

Ensure the timely posting of Security Officers for full site coverage, including both day and night shifts, as per client SLA agreements

Ensure all Security Officers meet the client’s contractual requirements

Discipline staff and attend CCMA and Labour Court hearings if necessary
-
Continuously evaluate service levels and make recommendations for service improvements to clients

Regularly assess the client’s premises and work to minimize risks by improving access control and creating barriers to potential criminals

Audit and verify access registers daily and generate exception reports
