Job Description
As a People Business Partner: Pasta, you will support the People Manager in executing the business-specific people agenda and provide efficient, cost-effective administrative support for employees and managers at various business sites within the organization. This role involves managing administrative activities and delivering service along the entire HR value chain, including talent acquisition, employee relations, culture initiatives, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
Execution of People Strategy

Implement programs and activities initiated by the People Business Partner, such as talent acquisition campaigns, bargaining agreements, and learning and development programs.

Keep the People Manager informed about the progress and success of these programs.

Provide operational support for employee relations and industrial relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary hearings, and terminations.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as surveys and gathering employee feedback.

Collaborate with the People Manager on recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and assessments.
Administrative Local Support

Manage People Shared Services activities for a site or group of sites according to standard procedures.

Oversee administrative operations across multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, and the employee lifecycle.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including document collection and checklist management.

Coordinate learning and development courses at the site level, including employee enrollment.

Generate customized People reports, dashboards, and metrics based on business needs.

Communicate and train stakeholders on process and system changes.

Advise and educate the business and employees on HRSS processes at the site level.

Address business adoption issues in collaboration with the People Manager.

Implement and track activities proposed by the People Manager, focusing on issue resolution.

Ensure data integrity and maintain organizational structures in line with budgeted headcount.

Experience

A business or HR-related degree.

Professional HR certification or membership preferred.

3-4 years of post-qualification experience in HR, focusing on operational activities.

Knowledge of HR policies and processes.

Experience with HR Information Systems (Oracle preferred).

Experience managing SLAs and resolving HR issues.
