This 18-month graduate programme offers a combination of structured rotations, self-directed learning, and technical training. You will gain exposure to People & Culture both as a generalist and as a subject matter expert. The programme allows you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, gaining insights into how human capital drives business performance.
Qualifications Required:

BCom Honours in any of the following:
-
Organisational Psychology
-
Industrial Psychology
-
Human Resources
-
-
Or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in the above fields
Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen
-
Under 30 years of age
-
No more than two years of work experience
-
Minimum of 65% average across all years of study
Programme Duration: 18 months
