Job Description
The Personal Assistant position is available at Fidelity. The main responsibility of this role is to perform a wide range of administrative duties and provide support to the Branch Manager and team.
Minimum Requirements

Clear criminal record.

Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.

Higher qualification in office administration or public relations is advantageous.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

At least 2 years of administration experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Driver’s license is advantageous.
-
Willing to work extended hours when required.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Key Performance Areas (not exhaustive)

Perform various administrative tasks.
-
Answer and screen all incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate party and taking messages as needed.

Handle correspondence, escalating inquiries, complaints, and compliments, and providing feedback to management and clients.

Address requests and queries efficiently.

Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating various branch reports, and ensuring accurate filing.
-
Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
-
Manage the Branch Manager’s diary, schedule appointments, and arrange events.

Run errands as required.

Greet visitors, arrange access, and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.

Order, collect, and issue uniforms.

Assist with general office inquiries and tasks as needed by the Branch Manager.

Act as the liaison between the executive, clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
