Clicks Group is seeking a Pharmacist to join the team at Clicks Norkem Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the dispensary while delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitutions, and providing professional advice in line with SAPC regulations and Clicks’ standards.

Manage all dispensary operational activities including stock control, shrinkage, housekeeping, and compliance with merchandising and SAPC requirements.

Contribute to the dispensary’s profitability by achieving core sales and clinic targets and ensuring effective financial and operational controls.

Oversee and support the development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns to ensure compliance with SAPC training standards.

Promote customer service excellence by executing customer initiatives that build loyalty, drive satisfaction, and meet clubcard participation goals.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to meet business objectives.

Work collaboratively with clinic and healthcare aisle teams to deliver a complete healthcare solution to customers.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) – Essential

Retail Pharmacy experience – Desirable

Unisolve system experience – Desirable
