Job Description

Notify all third parties about stock count dates and deadlines for submission of completed counts.

Ensure all stock counts are submitted on or before the deadline.

Resolve materials variance issues promptly.
-
Conduct stock counts at various third-party locations.
-
Prepare preliminary stock variance reports and request additional counts when needed.
-
Capture stock counts into the system.
-
File all stock count-related documentation.
-
Ensure all system transactions are completed promptly (InterOrg, Sub-inventory transfer, etc.).
-
Coordinate with factory personnel to ensure raw and packaging materials requested by third parties are prepared, loaded, and cleared by security.

Track and flag materials close to expiry with the planning team.

Ensure the timely disposal of expired materials.
Transport:
-
Coordinate with third-party co-packers, transport operators, and warehouses on the delivery of finished products after production.
-
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
-
Arrange for co-loading of stock that is less than full truck loads with other Tiger Brands units.
Receiving Stock:
-
Verify that Proof of Deliveries (PODs) match stock received.

Arrange for stock to be receipted into the system.
-
Prepare batches for raw and packaging material consumption.
-
Collect and verify that completion stickers are printed correctly and submitted to security managers.
-
Resolve issues relating to the generation of completion stickers.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in core areas.

Experience in the FMCG industry is desirable.

National Diploma / B.Com (Transport / Logistics / Supply Chain).
