Job Description
Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract / 6 Months
In this role, you will support the planning team to ensure the efficient management of stock, transportation, and receiving processes. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with stock management to ensure smooth operations in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management

Notify all third parties of stock count dates and deadlines for returning completed counts.

Ensure all counts are submitted on or before the deadline.

Resolve material variance issues promptly.

Conduct stock counts at various third-party locations.

Prepare preliminary stock variance reports and request additional counts as needed.

Capture and file stock counts accurately.

Ensure all system transactions (e.g., InterOrg, Sub-inventory transfers) are completed on time.

Coordinate with factory personnel to ensure raw and packaging materials are prepared, loaded, and cleared by security for third-party requests.

Track and flag materials approaching expiry with the planning team.

Ensure the timely disposal of expired materials.
Transport Coordination
-
Coordinate with third-party co-packers, transport operators, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of finished goods after production.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure all deliveries are made on time.

Arrange for co-loading of stock with other Tiger Business Units for less-than-full truckloads.
Receiving Stock
-
Verify that Proof of Deliveries (PODs) match the stock received.

Arrange for stock to be receipted into the system.

Prepare batches for raw and packaging material consumption.

Collect and verify that completion stickers are printed correctly and submit them to security managers.

Resolve any issues related to the generation of completion stickers.
Qualifications
Key Professional Competencies

Core knowledge of transport execution, warehousing, transport planning, supply chain collaboration, supplier relationship management, cost management, and quality management.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in core areas related to planning and supply chain.

FMCG industry experience is preferred.

Qualification: National Diploma or B.Com (Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain).
