Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting opportunity within our Sales Department for a Preseller Merchandiser based in Nelspruit. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with the relevant skills and experience to support sales growth and execute merchandising standards across a defined geographical area. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Team Leader.

Purpose of the Role:

The Preseller Merchandiser is responsible for driving volume growth, facilitating the order-taking process, and ensuring the consistent execution of merchandising standards. This includes managing both direct and indirect customer accounts while maintaining company assets and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by supporting target achievement through strategic order generation and route execution

• Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards across all customer outlets

• Prepare for customer calls and manage daily activities to optimize execution standards

• Maintain and manage company assets placed at customer sites

• Walk the assigned sales route, engaging with customers and resolving service issues

• Deliver relevant customer and route information to support business decisions

• Provide exceptional customer service and support brand presence in-store

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics

• A completed three-year relevant post-matric qualification will be advantageous

• Minimum of one year’s experience in merchandising or sales within the FMCG sector is preferred

• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
