Fidelity is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at the Witbank/eMalahleni branch. As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. This role also involves answering phone calls, assisting visitors, and supporting various administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

Provide administrative support to different departments as needed

Track office supplies and place orders when necessary

Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
