Fidelity Vacancies – Recruiter – Cape Town

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet operational needs, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates across various levels, particularly in the Security Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

  • Conduct vetting processes, including background checks, reference checks, ITC and criminal checks

  • Verify all employment documentation including CVs, PSIRA certificates, training credentials, and ID documents

  • Administer job-related assessments and ensure candidates meet role requirements

  • Collaborate with Operations Management to understand staffing needs and arrange interviews with relevant decision-makers

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database

  • Post job advertisements internally and externally via print and digital platforms

  • Actively headhunt potential candidates for hard-to-fill roles

  • Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports to management

  • Facilitate induction processes for new hires in management, specialist, and administrative roles

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience in middle to senior management or specialist roles, preferably in the Security Industry

  • Knowledge of PSIRA registration and industry-related grading

  • Skilled in structured interviewing and candidate assessment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work extended hours and under pressure

  • Own reliable transport and willingness to travel within the Western Cape

  • Experience working with recruitment agencies, newspaper ads, and online platforms such as PNet

  • HR experience will be an advantage

  • Strong computer literacy

  • Good employment references

  • Valid, unendorsed driver’s license

  • No criminal record
