Fidelity Vacancies – Regional Administrator

Fidelity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Administrator to join our team at the CIT Parow Branch. The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the CIT Regional Manager, ensuring the smooth running of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

  • Higher qualification in office administration or public relations is advantageous

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • At least 5 years of administrative experience

  • At least 5 years of billing experience

  • At least 5 years of exposure and understanding of the Cash in Transit industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Driver’s license is advantageous

  • Willingness to work extended hours when required

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Regional Manager

  • Answer and screen all incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and take messages as needed

  • Handle correspondence, escalating inquiries, compliments, and complaints, and provide feedback to management and clients

  • Address requests and queries in an appropriate and timely manner

  • Assist with preparing, maintaining, updating, and filing branch reports

  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required

  • Manage the Regional Manager’s diary, schedule appointments, events, and run errands

  • Conduct revenue checks for the region

  • Consolidate regional returns and assist with credit control duties of key clients

  • Assist with general office inquiries and tasks as directed by the Regional Manager
