Fidelity Vacancies – Regional Manager
Fidelity is seeking a qualified and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple Operations Managers, ensuring service excellence and compliance across designated client sites. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and focuses on client engagement, HR and IR functions, fleet oversight, expense management, investigations, and the effective deployment of security personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
-
PSIRA Grade A registered
-
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the security industry
-
At least 5 years’ experience in an operational security management role
-
Firearm competency and knowledge of the Firearms Control Act
-
Proven staff management and leadership experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-
No criminal record or pending cases
-
Strong planning, administration, and client liaison capabilities
-
Understanding of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards

Manage operations to meet contractual obligations across allocated areas

Ensure all site security staff comply with client requirements
-
Monitor and improve service levels through ongoing evaluation and feedback
-
Supervise security personnel and ensure performance standards are met
-
Handle day-to-day operational administration and HR matters
-
Collaborate with management teams on site and regional level
-
Initiate and follow through on disciplinary processes as required
-
Submit employment documentation and incident reports timeously

Investigate incidents and ensure accurate reporting
-
Adhere to ISO 9001:2008 management system standards
