Tekkie Town Vacancies – Replenishment Analyst

Job Purpose
Tekkie Town is seeking a Replenishment Analyst who is data-driven and passionate about optimizing stock levels to ensure products are always available for our customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the supply chain by analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and collaborating with teams to maintain optimal inventory, minimize stockouts, and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all channels to maintain optimal stock.

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts and model stock levels to guide purchasing decisions.

  • Generate purchase orders based on replenishment plans and ensure timely delivery.

  • Track key performance indicators and report insights to relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, warehousing, and logistics teams to align product availability and promotional plans.

  • Identify and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, supply chain bottlenecks, or system errors.

  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance replenishment processes and overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in replenishment, inventory planning, demand forecasting, or a similar analytical role (retail/FMCG preferred).

  • Experience with inventory management and forecasting software (e.g., JE, Oracle, JDA, or similar ERP/MRP systems).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with large datasets and advanced planning tools.

  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods, supply chain principles, and inventory management techniques.

  • Strong skills in Google Suite (Sheets, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
