Fidelity is looking for an experienced ISA Trainer to provide essential support to Cash Centre staff during the implementation of ISA systems. The primary role will involve offering support related to ISA systems and ensuring smooth ISA implementation according to business requirements, along with training users on how to effectively utilize the ISA application.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent

Clear criminal record
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of ISA 7 (advantageous)

Understanding of Cash Centre money counting equipment (advantageous)

Familiarity with Cash Centre operations (advantageous)

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within a Cash Centre

Own transport
-
Experience in report writing
-
Ability to work extended hours when necessary

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support to users to ensure effective use of the ISA application

Maintain regular communication with the head office regarding daily reporting

Address Cash Centre queries and requirements promptly
-
Adhere to standard operating guidelines when utilizing ISA
-
Perform reconciliation and balancing tasks
-
Ensure compliance with procedures for handling and moving cash
-
Maintain accurate records within the Cash Centre

Motivate and ensure the effectiveness of subordinates, fostering teamwork

Adhere to established risk control and security procedures
-
Minimize operating losses
-
Assist in the implementation of new installations and provide support for current ISA components

Follow laid-down policies and procedures consistently

Engage in daily to weekly planning and basic trend analysis of cash usage
