Introduction
Pepkor is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Salesperson to join our retail team. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong customer relationships, and recommend products that best meet customer needs while consistently achieving sales targets and supporting business growth.

Purpose of the Role
Generate income and maximize profit through sales and services by delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Consistently meet sales budgets and income goals.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Engage customers in a customer-centric manner to build loyalty and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• 7–12 months sales experience, preferably in retail.
