Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Salesperson to join our retail team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong customer relationships, and recommending products that best meet customer needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Purpose of the Role
Generate income and maximize profit through sales and services by providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to achieve and exceed targets.
• Consistently meet sales budgets and income goals.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies.
• Engage customers in a customer-centric manner to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• 7–12 months sales experience, preferably in retail.
