Job Summary:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking experienced and qualified Security Officers Grade C/B/A with a strong background in hospitality or residential estate security. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety, protecting property, and ensuring a secure environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Grade 10 education
-
PSIRA registered with Grade C, B, or A certification
-
Proven experience in hospitality or residential estate security is essential

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security industry
-
No criminal record – criminal checks will be conducted regularly

Physically fit and in good health

Must reside in the area where the position is advertised
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine patrols and access control

Safeguard property, staff, and visitors

Complete all relevant registers and reports accurately

Enforce security protocols as per company training

Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches

Perform entrance and exit control duties
