Job Description
The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for managing several Operations Managers and overseeing key areas such as client liaison, HR/IR matters, fleet management, expense control, investigations, and ensuring the proper posting of security officers. This role will also ensure that all site security requirements are adhered to and that client needs are consistently met with professionalism and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate

PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
-
At least 5 years of experience in the security industry

Experience in people management
-
Strong leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
-
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license

Firearm training for business purposes

No criminal record
-
Applicants must reside in Durban
Key Performance Areas

Ensure that all contractual obligations with clients are met
-
Maintain positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients regarding security services
-
Continuously evaluate service levels and provide recommendations to clients for service improvements

Manage all required administrative tasks

Liaise daily with branch management on operational issues

Submit relevant weekly and monthly incident and operational reports as required by management
