Job Description:
The Senior Account Manager will oversee the existing team of Key Account Managers and maintain relationships with some of the company’s largest clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and the effective management of key client accounts to drive business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the team of Key Account Managers, ensuring high performance and effective account management.

Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Support business development activities, including preparing SOPs, quotes, presentations, and tender submissions.

Present to new business clients and contribute to meeting new business targets.

Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to management and the broader business.

Oversee the management of the B2B database, ensuring regular checks, reconciliation, and timely updates to address any discrepancies.

Ensure the day-to-day operations of the B2B team run smoothly and efficiently.

Identify and drive operational improvements to enhance business processes.

Provide training to relevant internal teams on the use of systems and tools.

Regularly conduct health checks to identify areas that may require repair or attention.

Ensure effective planning for new installations and timely updates to existing system information.

Assist with stock forecasting and budgeting to ensure optimal inventory management.

Oversee the quality and integrity of CMR data.

Collaborate with marketing teams on Show & Tell days and other promotional events.

Maintain strong working relationships with various internal teams.

Assist the National New Business Development Manager with pricing, reporting, and other business-related tasks.
