Fidelity Vacancies – Senior Account Manager
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee a team of Key Account Managers and maintain high-level relationships with major clients. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the existing team of Key Account Managers

Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients

Support new business development, including the preparation of SOPs, quotes, presentations, and tender documents

Represent the company in new business presentations and contribute toward achieving sales targets

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance and operational reports
-
Ensure effective management and regular reconciliation of the B2B client database
-
Monitor and enhance daily operations of the B2B account team
-
Identify and implement operational improvements and process efficiencies
-
Provide system training and support to internal stakeholders
-
Conduct regular health checks on systems and ensure units requiring repairs are addressed
-
Oversee the planning and coordination of new installations and ensure systems are updated promptly

Assist in stock forecasting and contribute to budgeting processes

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of CMR data

Collaborate with the marketing team to support client-focused events and initiatives

Foster strong working relationships with internal departments

Provide assistance to the National New Business Development Manager on pricing strategies, reporting, and related activities
Requirements:

Proven experience in key account management or a senior sales/client-facing role

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Solid understanding of B2B operations and client relationship management

Proficiency in preparing proposals, tenders, and professional documentation
-
High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Strong administrative and reporting skills
-
Technical acumen and comfort with client systems and internal tools
-
Willingness to travel when required
